1.       Application

Complete the online application.  Our experienced professional recruiters will review your application and resume.

 

2.       Testing

Provided your skills and background align with our current open position(s), but prior to scheduling an in-person, face-to-face interview, you will be provided access to required online testing.

 

3.       Interview

After the testing has been completed, the on-site interview process will be scheduled to further assess compatibility with the employer’s needs in a one-on-one interview.  To match you with the ideal career opportunity, our recruiting professionals learn about your goals, personality and work preferences.  During the interview a review of your work history will be discussed, as well as which current openings may be right for you.

 

4.       Orientation

Once you are hired, you will receive an orientation outlining the requirements of Labor Resource Pros as well as the company where you are assigned.
